Perform a 5-year internal assessment of system piping that is due. If an obstruction is present, this can render the sprinkler system not properly operate in the case of a fire. Tech will need to perform testing in the main entrance. They will not be able to access any other areas of the building due to the walkway width and height of the ceiling. NFPA 25 (14.2.1.1) An assessment of the internal condition of piping shall be conducted at a minimum of every 5 years or in accordance with 14.2.1.2 to inspect for the presence of foreign organic and inorganic material. Dry System #1: The alarm switch failed to activate the alarm when tripped. The tech verified that the switch is operational, but will need to take apart the piping going and remove any obstruction that may be present and causing the switch to function properly. The airline feeding dry system 4 and 5 is partially plugged, The tech will need to clean out the line and add a drain in order to flush out when performing annual inspections.
