Suggested for FACP 3RD FLOOR BOILER ROOM 2235: 2350: FACP backup batteries are very corroded and should be replaced. Also, one battery terminal clip is corroded and needs to be replaced. Also, The manual pull on the 3rd floor of building 2350 is missing the glass rod. Model EDWARDS 270 GLR

Suggested: The south smoke detector in the back (by kitchenette) went off this morning and fire was dispatched. I cleaned it thoroughly (it wasn’t dirty) per Wendy she would like us to order a new one and replace it.
