Gary is always super friendly when he stops by to inspect our fire extinguishers! He takes the time to explain what he's done and what to expect next year! We added a new fitness center and pool to our property last year, so it's great for him to see what we've been up to over the last year as well! Hope Gary enjoyed the ice cream after - I treat all our vendors to a cool down treat in the summer!

Fire Pros did a great job coming into our facility and testing our wet suppression, fire alarm and extinguishers. They took extra time to educate me on a few areas that I wasn't extremely familiar with. They were also very quick to get my inspections set up and completed.

Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspection (70 FE?) Portable Extinguishers Inspection Deficiency: Number of Extinguishers Left at Job: 44 Initial inspection of facility. Inspected (68) FE. Facility has an excess amount of FE and many are in terrible shape. Half of facility is due for service and are Kidde FE. While discussing options with Tracie and Maintenance manager, they decided to reduce the number (68 down to 38) and size (20# down to 10#). Used a facility map and performed a survey for placement of Portable Fire Extinguishers in better locations so that FE are outside and not in buffing and polishing rooms. (15) 10# ABC on site are up to code and can be used until they are due for service and replaced with ANSUL. (2) Class D on site. (1) is due for hydro test.
