Not at all satisfied with the current service. Numerous trips/appointments to the property and the problem is still NOT SOLVED! The constant stream of paperwork/reports repeating the same thing is very frustrating and to say the least annoying, The repairs should be done by done; I have no idea WHEN the tech leave....nothing is signed to account for the time and dates they are here.....needed by the owners.
