Fire Pros had to order the part. So the repair took a little longer then we had hoped. Had to listen to the beeping a lot even though we would silence it, it would start beeping again.. This was not covered under warranty....That's why the cost rating is low...

Tyler did an excellant inspection at our location. When asked a couple of questions he answered completely with my satisfaction. One being I wanted a fire extinguisher like one of the other pieces of fire apparatus had and he said no problem. We’ll get it taken care of.

Service was excellent

Rob got a hold of me a few weeks ago after my inquire. I left the country and forgot to get back to him before I left. Once I got back with him and approved the quote, they were quick to get out and check our fire extinguishers. I would definitely use them in the future if needed!
