Gary did an awesome job getting us taken care of for out yearly FE inspections. He cleaned up all fire extinguishers and has us all set for another year! Matt was very knowledgeable. Not only did he assist in getting the system back up he was able to answer all the questions I had. The only thing that was less than amazing was that we had to wait almost 6 hours for a tech to arrive following our initial call. I do know that it was a weekend but for an emergency call that seems like a long wait, and we had little communication regarding why the wait was taking so long. That would be my only negative comment but once Matt got the call, he contacted me directly, gave me an ETA and went above and beyond while here.

MATT WAS COMMUNICATIVE, HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. HE HELPED WITH EVERY SINGLE STEP AND MADE SURE WE WERE "GOOD TO GO" BEFORE HE LEFT. BIG THANKS!!!!

We had a fire marshal from the City of Walker coming the next day. I contact Fire Pros and they installed the fire extinguishers we needed to compliant wit Walker fire codes in our new addition.
