William, a/k/a Billy, is polite & professional. He was informative when I asked questions, clearly being a knowledgeable individual with industry experience. He greeted others on-site with a smile & offered the type of courteousness one would expect from a respectful, upstanding, well-presented professional. He worked diligently & quickly & he took care of everything that was needed. 100% would recommend, service did not disappoint; work quality 100%; professional & friendly attitude 100%.
Art LaFave is a pleasant person. Our shop is closed today. The office was open and Art was able to do what he came for. Jody in Human Resources signed the acceptance service.

I think only sending one person to do the entire building is short staffed. We had to man the fire panel (we weren't going to listen to it going off for 4 hours), it just didn't seem efficient. It seems you sent 2 people before and it worked much better for us in the office.
