Great service from Tech Alex add multiple problems programming and he has been the only one that had corrected what previous tech's have not.

Arrived On-site FACP was in Trouble Upon Arrival showing M1-177 (Bowling Alley North Center East Smoke Detector )/& M1-182 (Bowling Alley North Center West Smoke Detector) Found that both detectors have been water Damaged from Roof Leaking. Replaced both detector Heads with customer supplied simplex 4098-9714 heads, and Supplied 2-simplex 4098-9792 addressable bases. And Temporarily taped off and plastic bagged smoke detectors. As Roof Repairs will be beginning on Monday 5-4-20. Returned system to Normal operation. ***All Systems Normal and Reset ***

Arrived on-site FACP Normal Upon Arrival Batteries Hot to the touch. Load tested batteries and they both failed. Replaced 2-12 volt 5 ah batteries and Reset system. ***All Systems Normal and Reset ***

Arrived On-site Dialer showed Line 2 in trouble checked line (line had proper voltage 46.8 volts) also checked line dial tone also was present, called out on line (989-249-0063) line is communicating properly. Sent signals on line 2 and forced line to reset. Currently All systems are normal and reset. Simplex shows telephone line 2 restored. Also line is shared as fax line made sure that fax line was not tying up the line.
