Fire Pros had to order the part. So the repair took a little longer then we had hoped. Had to listen to the beeping a lot even though we would silence it, it would start beeping again.. This was not covered under warranty....That's why the cost rating is low...

Tyler did an excellant inspection at our location. When asked a couple of questions he answered completely with my satisfaction. One being I wanted a fire extinguisher like one of the other pieces of fire apparatus had and he said no problem. We’ll get it taken care of.

Rob got a hold of me a few weeks ago after my inquire. I left the country and forgot to get back to him before I left. Once I got back with him and approved the quote, they were quick to get out and check our fire extinguishers. I would definitely use them in the future if needed!

Upon arrival system is showing a ground fault on input 1.(PUMPHOUSE tamper switch). Went to PUMPHOUSE and found that the pipe is broken and leaking all over the tamper switch. Customer is having another sprinkler company out tomorrow to take a look at the broken pipe. I temporarily removed input 1 wire from the FACP and put a resistor in its place to keep system normal. Once pipe is repaired we should return and clean up wiring in the PUMPHOUSE that got wet and make sure ground fault is cleared and hook wire back up. This quote is for 1 hours tech time to clean up wiring after sprinkler pipe has been fixed. If additional time is needed contact customer

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS & EXIT/EMERGENCY LIGHTING: From our conversation, we proposed to install (2) New ABC Fire Extinguishers to cover the Shop Area and install (1) Arrow Location Vinyl Sticker style Sign for one of the Extinguishers (that doesn't currently have signage in place) During the visit, we would also perform Load Testing for the (2) noted Exit/Emergency Lighting Fixtures present. As part of that Testing service, we would provide an Inspection Report that can be provided as verification of completion.
