1/5/24 Key at Darlena's Desk DH 12/22/23MV Emailed Ashley regarding inspection date 12/26 Sprinkler Inspection Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection (1 Wet System) 5-Year Internal Due: N/A CPVC Piping FDC Hydro Due: 2024 Deficiency: 155 chrome QR chrome pendants are older than 20 years old and 4 x will need to be pulled and sent in for UL testing Deficiency: Sprinkler system is due for gauge change. 1- sprinkler gauge Deficiency: Dry pendant, sprinkler heads in garage are more than 10 years old and should be tested or replaced 2- 155° chrome pendant, dry pendant, sprinkler head standard response length unknown Deficiency: 155 chrome QR chrome pendants are older than 20 years old and 4 x will need to be pulled and sent in for UL testing. 4- 155° chrome pendant sprinkler heads quick response

She also needs us to provider her with (5) New 5#ABC Fire Extinguishers with (5) Spring Clip Style Vehicle Brackets for new Vehicles they have coming in. Portable Extinguishers Service Call

He'll have alarms in test DH 4/2/24 Sent email regarding inspection DH ** SERVICE MUST BE SCHEDULED FOR AROUND 5am OR AFTER 3:30pm WET SYSTEM IS IN THE GROCERY DEPARTMENT S/W CORNER DRY SYSTEM IS THE SHIPPING / RECV. HALLWAY ** Fire alarm panel is up in the office mezzaine - there is a keypad by customer serivce as well. Sprinkler Inspection Annual Fire Sprinkler System Inspection (1-Wet & 1-Dry) Deficiency: Sprinkler system is due for internal obstruction investigation piping 2- 4” victaulic couplings Deficiency: Fire department connection check valve is due for internal inspection five year. 2- 4” victaulic couplings Deficiency: Fire department connection is due for Hydro testing Deficiency: Dry sprinkler system is due for internal inspection of dry valve. Red gasket material Deficiency: Dry pendant sprinkler heads are due for UL testing 2- 155° chrome sidewall 12 inch quick response dry pendant, sprinkler head. 2- 155° chrome pendant
