Technician left while alarm panel was still in alarm mode. When asked about it replied that it wasn’t his job. Forgot to turn on valve on dry sprinkler compressor causing system to lose pressure and activate, flooding the attic. Did not drain water in compressor.

8/12/22 Confirmed with Brian B. for 8/16/22 DH Notice of Non-Compliance and Repair Proposal Adams Fire Protection Co. recently inspected/serviced the fire sprinkler system at your establishment in accordance with NFPA Standard for Inspections, Testing, and Maintenance Requirements (2017 Edition), on (DATE). While inspecting/servicing your fire sprinkler system, it was determined to be "Non-Compliant". NFPA 25 (184.108.40.206) The property owner or designated representative shall correct or repair deficiencies or impairments. The attached proposal summarizes the deficiency/impairment issues that were found during the inspection/service and the costs and actions needed to correct them. Adams Fire Protection Co. strongly recommends that your sprinkler system is repaired so that it will become compliant.
